We currently do not accept exchange or returns for International Orders.

REFUND POLICY

  • If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds (once approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within the standard banking timeline.


DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to Global@nishorama.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • To cancel, please email Global@nishorama.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
